With a background that spans clinical monitoring, clinical trial management, operational planning, feasibility management, medical affairs, and analytics, Vassily has contributed to more than 350 feasibility assessments across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including rare and orphan diseases. His work has been instrumental in shaping successful enrollment strategies for studies in complex indications such as Acute Stroke, Heart Failure,  Diabetic Foot Infection, Migraine , Eosinophilic Esophagitis, and  several types of Amyloidosis, among others.

Vassily joined Confidence in 2014 and has steadily advanced through leadership roles, reflecting his deep commitment to operational excellence and client partnership. In his current role, he oversees country- and site-level feasibility assessments, protocol reviews, start-up planning, site selection strategy, enrollment projections, and operational analyses. His experience spans global markets, having led feasibility efforts across North America, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, and his approach integrates medical and scientific rigor with real-world operational understanding.
