- Every rescue engagement begins with a comprehensive assessment of the study’s overall health. Sustainable recovery begins with understanding why patients are not entering the study. Confidence evaluates feasibility assumptions, site capabilities, patient access pathways, regional recruitment dynamics, and competing enrollment pressures to identify the true barriers to recruitment. Site Performance Optimization

Sites with realistic recovery potential may receive additional operational support and focused engagement. Where sustained improvement is unlikely, we may recommend reducing investment in low-performing sites and redirecting resources toward stronger sites, strategic site additions, or targeted enrollment initiatives.
